Rezekne University College training laboratory of catering entrepreneurship
The training laboratory of catering entrepreneurship is a structural unit of the department of Economics and management of RUC Faculty of Economics that was established in 1997. Its objective is to assist students to acquire the skills and abilities of the customers’ service As the laboratory has been equipped up –to-dately with bar furniture and equipment, as well as it has all the necessary inventory of the catering service, it is possible to master also barman/barwoman -waiter’s/ waitress’s trade skill currently.
The lecturer of the department of Economics and management of RUC Faculty of Economics the associated professor Inese Silicka manages the training laboratory of catering entrepreneurship since the day of its establishment.
