Master's programme in Development and International Cooperation
We are pleased to inform you that the second application round for our interdisciplinary Master's programme in Development and International Cooperation has been opened. The programme, conducted in English, was launched in September 2004. It is a two-year Master's programme providing both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required in the field of international development. It offers students an opportunity to study international development from a multidisciplinary perspective, emphasising the social, educational and environmental dimensions of expertise. The core contents of the programme cover international dilemmas of development, development cooperation policies, multidisciplinary approaches to define and address social development issues, and implementation and quality of development cooperation.
Students with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent studies from an institution of higher education (preferably with a major in social, educational or environmental sciences), a good command of English, as well as a proven interest in development issues are welcome to apply to the programme. The deadline of this application round is January 31, 2005.
We would appreciate it if you kindly forward this information to prospective applicants and potentially interested faculty members.
